The next stop on our journey was Pizza Hut with Matt's family in Wheatland, Wyoming. On our way there we made a couple of pit stops. One at a cute little gas station in Spearfish, SD.

Finally, Pizza Hut!!!! Matt's brother, sister-in-law, sister, and mom joined us for a lovely feast!
Destiny helped Grandma Sally open her birthday gift. The girls worked really hard making her stepping stones for her garden.

Destiny wasn't shy at all and jumped right in playing with Uncle T and Auntie Sam.Our first night in Wheatland was a success, but we were pretty tired from being on the road all day so we were off to bed after our feast!

If you have followed my blog for long, you can remember when I asked for prayer and thoughts for Matt's co-worker's wife who has brain cancer. Her name is Margaret and we had a special bond because she grew up in Minot, North Dakota (just two hours away from Williston). She passed away on the first of the month. She fought really hard and impacted so many lives! I am blessed to have known her. She leaves behind her husband (who is now stationed with the Army in the mid-west) her daughter (the best babysitter in the world!) and two sons (who are fantastic young men). Please continue to lift up Jaime and his children in this really difficult time.
