How is your day going? Here we are starting out with a little brekkie outside in the sunshine {and wind}. The girls are loving a NEW breakfast of waffles. I have not found frozen waffles here, but I did find waffles in the bakery part of the grocery store. They girls seem to love them!
How did you like my eight days of Christmas? We had a blast touring our city. We had so much fun on the eight days of break that we continued and Matt took a short day yesterday so we could tour the AIS {Australian Institute of Sport}, a training facility for athletes who compete on a national level. Here are the pictures from yesterday.
The girls are up and at 'em this morning so this post will be fast and furious!

We started our tour in a place called "sportex" where we could try things out and play around. Here Addi won the silver, Matt the bronze and Destiny the gold!

We had such a fun day. It was really interesting to see the training grounds for the athletes. Our Aussie word o' the day comes from something I learned at the AIS, but you have to look it up. One of our tour guides is a professional "walker". What is a "walker" you ask? Go find out!
We are off to library story time!
