Odds n' Ends

Good Monday Morning, Friends!  Guess who is 8 Months old!?!  It's hard to believe that it's been that long since I was having Olli in the hospital.  Now the little sweetie is sitting, crawling, and eating everything in sight!  He is such a big boy!

We took a little Easter basket picture of the cute guy too!

This is one of my favorite recipes to make and it always tuns out so beautiful.  Eggplant lasagna stack.  So yummy!

It wouldn't be Easter time around here without 4 bags of hot cross buns!  Oh, they were SOOOO good!

Here's a cute one of my little Aussie Made man :)  So happy that he is a little honorary Aussie!  He even likes Vegemite!
