Here it is Sunday morning and it is a good one! This is the first time the sun has shown it's lovely face in about a week! Great day! We are off to try a new church so this post is going to be pretty short.

One of our Christmas art projects: Snow flakes! It's not even close to snowing here but I guess I just relate snow to Christmas!
Addi's attempt at a snow flake! It's hanging in our front window! I taped all the pieces together; after all each snow flake is different, there are none the same.
It may not be snowing here, but it is in our living room :)

Yesterday there was a Christmas fair in the city center near our house. The rain stopped just in time for us to enjoy it a little bit. So many of the activities were geared toward the kiddos. It was so much fun! They even sold fairy floss (cotton candy) and hot dogs on slices of bread (no hot dog buns). It was fun and we ran into so many people that we know; it's nice to start recognizing faces!

The girls got their faces painted. Christmas trees for Destiny and hearts for Addi. Addi thought she was so special getting painted like her big sis.
Ever heard of Cold Stone?
Here we have Cold Rock!!! I was so excited to see this in the city centre near us. The girls enjoyed a scoop of vanilla with mini m & ms and Matt and I munched on Bailey's ice cream mixed with Tim Tams....a little taste of HEAVEN! 
Grocery shopping was next on our list and I picked up some licorice covered in chocolate. How could you go wrong? They are so yummy!
Then we came home and I made my very first home made pizza crust (whole wheat nonetheless) It turned out pretty yummy!We're off to church! Hope your day is FANTASTIC!
